Shipping Policy All orders from Vikink.net are shipped from Norway. We ship internationally to ensure our products can reach customers around the globe. 1. Discreet Packaging - We understand the importance of your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no identifying branding on the outside of the box. The billing descriptor will also be discreet to protect your confidentiality. 2. Processing and Shipping Times - All items in our shop are made to order. Please allow for the time it takes to hand-craft your unique item, in addition to shipping times. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Norway: 2-5 business days International: 7-21 business days Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays. 3. Customs and Duties - For international orders, all customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Returns and Refunds Policy At Vikink.net, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is demonstrably broken upon arrival and is in an unused condition. 1. Broken on Arrival Policy - If your product arrives broken, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, the item must be unused. You must provide clear photos of the damage to the product and the packaging. 2. How to Report a Broken Item - To report a broken item, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information: Your order number A clear description of the damage Photos of the damaged item and its packaging We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for a replacement or store credit. 3. Exceptions - We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any item that has been used, shows signs of wear and tear, or is not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by our error.
