Shop policies
All our items are custom made to order to the client's measurements. Please allow a generous amount of time between placing your order and receiving the final product (4 months, on average). We will give you a better estimate when we contact you to collect your measurements.
Virtual fittings (video calls) are a part of our working process. They help us make sure the measurements are accurate, as well as observe the body and talk about the client's goals. All video calls are strictly confidential and a safe space. We appreciate your trust.
The client is responsible for paying any import tariffs set by their country of residence.
We will not be liable for shipping delays due to any legislative disruptions or administrative hurdles set by the client's government.
Shipping rates for all orders can only be determined after the item is finished and packed. For some orders, shipping rates may be higher due to bigger boxes/larger weight. We reserve the right to pass the increased shipping cost on to the customer.
Every product is custom made to measure. We accept no returns or refunds. If the client declines virtual fitting, the client is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements. We will not accept any fit issue claims if the client provided inaccurate measurements.
We invest a lot of care and attention into every item that we make, so you are unlikely to experience issues for any other reason. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us to review it on a case-by-case basis.
