Returns and Exchanges Policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear because they are undergarments and it would be unhygienic to do so . However please contact me if there is a problem with your order.
Cancellation Policy
I will accept a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Customs Taxes Policy
I am not and can not be held responsible for any import duty or taxes that you may be charged upon delivery of your order by your country, that is your responsibility. Neither can I be held responsible for any delays caused due to customs in your country.
Shipping policy
All orders will be posted using 2nd class mail or standard international shipping however if your order has a value of more that £20.00 it is your responsibility to, and advisable to upgrade to the "tracked and signed" method to ensure that you are insured for the value of your items if lost in transit. This is your choice as I always obtain proof of postage for every item that I send out to my customers.
