Our Return/Exchange Policy No change-of-mind refunds on sale items We don't offer refund or exchange if you simply change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Personal toys and BDSM bondage equipment are non-exchangeable. Once these types of items leave our store they are considered non-returnable. Please choose carefully as it is by law items of intimate apparel that can not be exchanged. Due to the nature of these products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.) Defects Product Return/Exchange Policy We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange, replacement, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. All defects items must be physically returned via postal mail to be processed. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We do not issue credit card refunds. Store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to return your item to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of dispute.
