**Production & Processing**
All Bad Boy toys are handcrafted in Poland using premium platinum-cure silicone. Most products are made to order. Production usually takes 10–30 business days, depending on the product and selected options. Please check the processing time shown on each listing.
**Shipping & Privacy**
We ship orders in discreet, unmarked packaging. Product details are not displayed on the outside of the parcel. International buyers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes not collected at checkout.
**Cancellations & Changes**
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Individually customized products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellations or returns where permitted by law.
**Returns & Hygiene**
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to arrange an eligible return. Standard, non-personalized products must be unused and in their original condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed intimate products cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken, except where required by applicable law.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are normally the buyer's responsibility.
**Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will help resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer rights and Spicerack Buyer Protection.
**Customer Support**
Have questions about sizing, colors, silicone firmness or customization? Feel free to message us before ordering. We are happy to help you find the right product.
