Shipping
All prices include shipping, with free shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain packaging, such as a Priority Mail envelope or plain brown box, with no product names, adult wording or website references on the outside.
Production time
Most of our gear is handmade to order in our USA shop.
Collars, cuffs, restraints, floggers, paddles and other small items: about 3 to 10 working days before shipping.
Dungeon furniture: built one piece at a time when you order it, so please allow up to 8 weeks. We do not accept rush orders on furniture.
Small items usually ship USPS Priority Mail. Furniture and heavy items ship UPS, FedEx or freight, so please use a valid street address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or a refused delivery may be charged additional shipping.

Many items are made to your measurements, colors and fastener choices. Please add your selections in the note at checkout, or message us before ordering if you have questions.
Lifetime guarantee
All leather, suede, hide, rabbit fur, horsehair, wood and metal items we make are covered by our lifetime guarantee. If one breaks or wears out under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. This doesn’t cover misuse, intentional damage or alterations. Message us with your order number and photos to start a claim.
