The gag piece with the ball is removable if you want to use a larger ball or a different type gag piece. 2 sturdy snaps are used to attach the gag piece to the dee rings on the sides.

You may leave down your padlock request in the Notes/Personalization area if purchasing the Lockable w/Padlock option.
This Ball gag comes in 3 sizes. You can see which size is best by taking a small measure tape and measuring the circumference of your head over your mouth. Choose the appropriate size range for your head.
There is a choice of leathers to have the gags made in. The main photo is showing Black w/Red Inlay. The top leather is a soft black hide called Telfair. Its known as "supersoft" and is a chrome-tanned leather with full dye penetration and a lovely pebble-dashing texture on the grain. This leather is lined with your choice of Napa leather called Motochap. There are 4 colour choices for the inlay. Baby Pink, Royal Blue, Fire Red or Electric Purple. These leathers are a type of thick Napa leather used in making chaps and other types clothing. They are very soft and form fitting. When the gag is worn you will only see a slight "peek-a-boo" flash of colour on the gag's edges giving a lovely accent to an otherwise all black gag. All of the leathers are very thick and soft. If you do not want the item you have bought as in you changed your mind, then all buyers must notify me of their wish to return the items within 7 days of receiving your package. Its ok if you need to time to send it back, but do get in contact with me within 7 days. Delivery confirmation will show me when you received the package. These items are hand-made and take time, they are not factory produced. I only offer refunds on Standard Sized and non-customized items.

All returns must be in original packaging with receipts, and NOT WORN (except trying it on). If you request a special size in any of my items, and the size is wrong due to you not measuring correctly or giving me incorrect information, you will need to pay for additional costs for a new item to be made for you. i.e new leather and non-re-usable hardware from your original item. You may not return it for a refund.
All returned (non damaged/non defective) merchandise will incur a re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee is 10%. I do not work for free. For custom made items there is a NO RETURNS policy. This is due to me not being able to re-sell custom sized pieces which have been special made for you. (I am more than happy to work something out for you with a new piece) Please get your size correct! If I am in error I will pay for shipping for the item to be sent back to me and make a new item for free for you. Please ask me any questions first if you are unsure about anything, I am more than happy to help you!!
Remember that all sizes are of EXACT body circumferences (i.e. neck, wrists, ankles, thighs) When you give me a size for fitting make sure you give me the EXACT size without breathing room. No shirt sizes, as they are different. If you are unsure please email me and I will help you.
