If I have the ball size in stock, then I will ship within a day or two.
If I don't then I will ship on or within 2 days of the 15th of October so hopefully arriving in time for Halloween events.
The plan is to make a batch of pumpkin orange material and start molding on 10 Oct, with last molding on the 14th or 15th, followed by post bake on the 15th, thus I can accept ANY size that I have a mold for, from 1.0" to 3.0" ball diameter. The plan is any remaining material will be used to make middle sizes, which is what I am out of. I will still accept orders until the morning of the 15th (10:00 AM EST)

As a reminder, best way to measure for ball size is to measure the the bottom of the top teeth to the top of the bottom teeth, with the mouth as wide open as possible, and then adjust one size larger for sizes smaller than 1.5 inches and one size smaller for sizes 2.5 inches or larger. And also adjust small in all case for any jaw problems.

Returns Policy

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.

Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact

All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.

If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
