Once tightly fastened, the panel really seals the lips well and is very comfortable to wear. The bulb is squeezed to enlarge the gag and the air is released using the silver valve knob. The bulb in its normal state is 56mm long and 38mm wide. it pumps up to 70mm x 70mm and beyond. The leather panel is 3.25" x 4".

Please make note of your preferred leather colour in the buyers notes. Default gag is black leather. The pump only comes in black.
