Scratch and Dent Balls for Ball Gags,
All of the ones in this listing are Pumpkin Orange in color.

These are balls that failed the QC for me to feel comfortable selling full retail, they have various issues, but the rules are only on one side of the ball, so one side will be good and they otherwise must be good enough to not cause problems if used as a ball gag.

They are sold "AS IS" and can not be returned, unless I sent the incorrect one.

This listing is ONLY for the Pumpkin Orange balls. Other colors will have their own listing in time.
The balls will be offered first come first served, random pick, however, if you have a preference for type of defect, please mention it in notes and I will try to fill that first, if still available.
No refunds, the purpose of this listing is to make the cost of materials back on these balls.

As listed, the various defects are:

- Indent, these balls had a surface bubble of some kind that popped during molding, leaving a small indent in the ball.

- Spot, these are balls with a noticeable spot, usually from either leather dust that somehow carried with me to the mold or occasionally the paper towel I use to clean the mold off before filling, which they are supposed to clean the cavity, not add to it, but sometimes they do and then the baking and post baking turn them black from the heat.

- Swirl, these are swirls of silicone material, usually clear, because the color didn't get fully mixed; but occasionally a small touch of a previous color remains after I cleaned the mixing bowl or because I picked some up from another pail while grabbing the chosen colorant pail, other than appearance absolutely nothing wrong with these balls.

On even rarer occasions there are more than one, but they will all be on only one side.

The Balls are made from a medical grade of silicone material, they are made in Newport News, Virginia, USA. They are not FDA certified because the FDA does not certify adult products, but they could be if they did. Although the ones in this listing would not pass because of the defects.

- Target durometer in is 43. The durometer should be plus or minus 5 due to molding variations.

- The strap holes are molded in and can not be changed without modifications to the mold.

- Rectangular Strap holes.
-- Balls that are 1.0, 1.125", 1.25" and 1.375" in diameter have a 1/2" by 1/8" strap hole.
-- balls that are 1.5" to 2.5" in diameter have a 3/4 inch by 1/8 inch strap hole.
-- Balls at or larger than 2.625" in diameter have a 1" by 1/8" strap hole.
Note: the holes are a hint bigger than this to accommodate a strap exactly this width and thickness.

SAFETY NOTE:
The balls should never be put into a mouth without a method of pulling them out in place (like a strap) and of course keep away from children and intoxicated people. Dogs are usually smart enough not to swallow them, but care should be taken with them also. This batch of balls specifically should be careful if too many teeth bites are showing or if you have someone that frequently bites down hard on the ball gag.

CUSTOMIZATION:
There is none for this listing, although You can order with a replacement strap and if you let me know ahead of time, I can do a custom strap for you.

SHIPPING NOTE:
Not responsible for customs and fees once it leaves the USA.
Excess shipping is most often to occur with smallest sizes and multiple item orders.

On a final note: If I mess up and run out of one of these, I will ship a ball that passed QC in its place.

Trivia:
I used to list them by type of defect as well, but found customers were almost always picking the first one on the list for that size anyway, so going with that to save me some time.

Returns Policy

No returns accepted for Custom or "AS IS" made items, We may repair or will replace an item if there is a manufacturing defect on a custom made item. "AS IS" items presume some defect so we will not replace those.

Balls and ball gags may ONLY be returned if the inner bag's seal is intact

All other non-custom items may be returned if unopened for refund except shipping.

If there is a problem with the order, please contact the shop email, we will require a picture of the problem, our policy is to replace when we can, if it is our fault at cost. We allow replacements, but customer must pay for shipping both ways and any difference in price if we originally shipped the correct item AND we can accept it back (such as Ball gags still sealed in their bags).
