Lined with a soft neoprene that's really comfortable and non-slipping, but these cuffs go further with a durable locking system! The set comes with two 3" wide buckle- adjust cuffs, one 3 1/2" double snap lock and two 2 3/8" stainless steel spring snaps for attaching elsewhere. Locks & keys included.
Fits 6"-11" ankle.
