PRODUCTION TIME
All orders are handmade by us. We do not keep a large warehouse stock. All products are made in Ukraine.
• Standard production time is approximately 1–12 business days depending on holidays, seasonal demand, and workshop workload.
• Custom and made-to-order items may require additional production time due to individual measurements, pattern adjustments, or custom design requests.
• Expedited production may be available for an additional fee depending on the season and current workload.
SHIPPING TIME
• Standard shipping usually takes 2–4 weeks.
• Express shipping usually takes 2–12 business days. Please select expedited shipping during checkout. A phone number is required for express delivery.
Delays may occur for remote regions, islands, customs inspections, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions.
Please carefully check your shipping address and spelling before placing an order. We also recommend including your phone number so the courier can contact you if necessary.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
We are not responsible for postal delays, customs delays, lost packages, theft, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
PRODUCT PACKAGING
All products are packed in opaque packaging and placed inside a neutral shipping box. The product name is not visible on the outside of the package.
If VAT or import taxes are collected, an invoice containing the product name may be included inside the package for customs purposes. In some cases, customs authorities or shipping carriers may attach documentation externally, which could make the product name visible.
If you prefer a neutral product description on customs documents, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to create a separate listing using a neutral name such as “Custom Leather Accessory”.
TAXES AND IMPORT FEES
Each country has its own VAT and import tax regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
If taxes or import fees are not collected during checkout, they may be charged upon delivery by customs authorities or the shipping carrier.
If the buyer refuses to pay customs charges and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued minus all shipping expenses.
