This is a variation on a cat of nine tails and a dragon tongue, however it has a split tongue as the fall. The leather is all cow. The tips have a very stingy bite to them. This flogger is meant for medium to intense play depending on how it is used.
The measurements for this flogger are as follows:

Fall: 20.5 inches long and 3/8 inch wide
Tongue: 3/4 inch wide x 6.5 inches long
