TURNAROUND
Hand-tied to order and ships in 5 to 7 business days, or 1 to 3 with rush.
CARE
Wipe the falls with a damp cloth after use and let them air dry fully. Store away from direct sun and heat, hanging from the D-ring if you can.

Every Fog & Cord flogger is hand-tied to order, just for you, and it’s a body-contact toy. For both of those reasons, all sales are final. I can’t accept returns or exchanges.
A little fraying is normal. Paracord tips can fuzz up with play. A very brief, low, careful pass with a lighter or heat tool seals stray strands right back down. Try that first.
Something actually wrong? If your flogger arrives damaged or has a flaw in how it was made (loose grip, failed D-ring, falls coming apart), message me within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and I’ll repair or replace it.
Custom orders (2-color and Fully Custom) follow the same rules, so double-check your colors and length before you check out. Happy to send a close-up of any color first.
