All one-of-a-kind leather items are sold as-is. This means that the item pictured in any leather listing is the item that will be received by the customer. No two pieces by Oddment Ollie are made to be exactly alike.
If a customer is unsatisfied IN ANY WAY with their purchase, Oddment Ollie earnestly requests the opportunity to resolve any issues. While nothing lasts forever, leather items should last a very long time and most things can be fixed!
CANCELLATION POLICY
