TO ESCAPE:
You can either A) reach up and slide the shoulder straps off, and then pull the harness off your arms by pulling at the long ends of the straps (this is easiest for flexible individuals), or B) catch the "lip" of the tension lock buckle on a 90 degree wall corner and flip the lip up while simultaneously pulling on the strap, this will allow the tension to release and the webbing to proceed in the opposite direction.
SELF BONDAGE CUFFS METHOD:
The self bondage cuffs are fantastic for self bondage. Just slip them up the wrists, tighten one cuff in place, then pinch the hanging ends of the remaining cuff in a door frame, pull against the strap and they cinch up tight! Each cuff has a tension lock sewn onto it that is perfect for cinching up on a limb.
TO ESCAPE:
To escape, the edge of the tension lock buckle must be flipped "up". This allows the webbing to be pulled back through in the opposite direction. I recommend using the corner of a wall to catch the lip or purchasing a screw eye from a local hardware store and installing it in the wall. When you try to release yourself, you will want to simultaneously pull on the cuff to loosen the strap while flipping up the lip of the tension lock. I recommend practicing with the hands in front before attempting the hands behind.
Each self bondage cuff is 72" long to ensure that there is adequate extra length to pinch the tail end in a door for self bondage.
Each elbow cuffs is also 72" long.
*Always practice self bondage with others present.
** Make sure that the buckles are always facing out (like is shown)
*** NOTE: The self bondage cuffs do not secure around the waist. In the picture, the long ends are merely tucked underneath the model for the sake of neatness in the photo.
The webbing itself is one inch wide and has a breaking point of 600 pounds, so it is extremely secure yet comfortable to wear.
