I accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-customized items. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return. Custom orders (including custom chains/metals/cord) are not eligible for return.

Returns must be authorized prior to sending. Items must be in their original condition and postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless I've made a mistake, in which case I will of course cover the cost.

Upon receiving your return in undamaged, unworn condition (no noticeable wear or odors), I will add your replacement item to my work queue or issue a refund for the cost of the returned item.
