Returns Policy

Due to hygiene regulations, our products are classified as intimate apparel. In accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

For this reason, underwear and intimate items cannot be returned if they have been worn, used, washed, or if the original packaging has been opened or removed.

Eligible Returns

Returns may only be accepted if:
The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
The packaging has not been opened or damaged
The item is returned within the applicable return window set by the marketplace

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show any signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or any other indication that the product has been worn or used beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customs and Duties

For international returns, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges that may apply. If such fees are charged to us upon receipt of the returned item, they may be deducted from the refund amount or the return may be refused.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected and confirmed to meet the return eligibility conditions above.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the refund may be refused.
