Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All domestic orders (within the US) are shipped free. Unless otherwise requested, orders will be sent via USPS First-Class Mail with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days.

International Shipping
Deb Almond Art offers international shipping to all countries serviced by USPS at a flat rate of $14.99. Orders sent via USPS are estimated to arrive within 8 to 20 business days, however this may vary.

If you select UPS as your delivery option at checkout, the shipping charge and estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Deb Almond Art does not accept responsibility for orders that are delayed because of the mail carrier or that are not received for reasons outside of our control. However, please contact me at hello@debalmondart.com if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time so that I can find a satisfactory resolution for you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Deb Almond Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact me at hello@debalmondart.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at hello@debalmondart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at hello@debalmondart.com.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at hello@debalmondart.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact me for any return question at hello@debalmondart.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, portraits, or personalized items), and digital downloads. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
