Shop policies

Non-Custom Items:
We accept returns on non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition.
Custom Items:
Custom orders are final sale by default, but I know that customization can vary. If there’s an issue or concern with your custom piece, please reach out — I’ll assess returns or adjustments based on the complexity and level of customization.
Repairs & Alterations:
We offer repair and alteration services for both custom and standard pieces. Just get in touch and we’ll talk you through the process.
If we’ve made an error in crafting or fulfilling your order, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and make it right.
