You will receive your order hand packed in textile bag designed and sewn also in our boutique atelier. Additionally we will put it in a nylon bag to protect your products. All that will be put in a bubbled envelope with no reference to the content on the outside packaging. When the handcrafting of the product is done we will carefully pack and ship out your order within 3-5 working days after we receive cleared payment. We are shipping worldwide. Standard International Shipping: 5-7 working days for Europe 7-15 working days for Rest of the world **Please be aware that the delivery time stated above is average and it depends on the specific transit time for each country and might be affected by clearance time at the destination country customs , local public holidays, and other unpredictable situation. In case you want to return an item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Date of receipt is the delivery day shown in the tracking system of the shipping company. Items received in a damage condition, with traces of use (dandruff, hair, peeled skin and similar), crushed and lost their good commercial look will not be refunded but sent back to their Buyer. !
