MADE-TO-ORDER
Most pieces are available to ship right away. If, however, your size is sold out, you'll receive a message shortly after ordering with a projected shipping timeline (usually a week or less after the order date). Items that are exclusively made-to-order are listed as such and will not dispatch immediately as they are only created upon purchase.
If you fall outside the size chart measurements, not to worry! Custom work is a big part of our business and we're happy to accommodate clients of any proportions. If you have specific concerns, please feel free to contact us in advance of purchase.
PAYMENT & TAXES
Payment is accepted through Paypal. California buyers are subject to a 8.25% sales tax.
International buyers, please be aware that you and you alone are responsible for any customs or duty fees that are incurred by purchasing items from the Evgenia shop.
SHIPPING
Items typically ship out within 2 business days. Shipping is calculated based on weight and shipping distance. During checkout you'll have the chance to select carrier and delivery speed.
RETURNS
Please pay close attention to the Size Chart and item descriptions to ensure proper fit. If you have any fitting concerns, please contact us for assistance in selecting your proper size. If notified within 1 week of delivery, we will process a return for certain items with an approved Return Authorization number. If you would like to return your items, please contact us to obtain an RA.
Please understand that due to the intimate nature of our garments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bottoms of any kind (Thongs, Tap Shorts, Knickers). If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
CARE
Your new Evgenia lingerie has been designed to be strong and long-lasting. That said, certain elements are also delicate and to be treated with care. Be mindful of necklaces and jewelry that could snag the lacework.
With regards to laundering, dry cleaning is always recommended to maintain the lustre of the fabric and integrity of the lace, but careful hand washing is also possible. Please note that Ribbon Corsets and Garter Belts are not launderable.
