This lockable bondage collar is 1-1/4" wide in the cuff and has triple 1" dee rings running across the collar. The dee rings are 5.2mm thick and welded. They are held onto the collar with a very strong leather strap having 6 strong double-capped rivets. The dee rings are very strong and perfect for attaching a leash to for your sub.

The only padlocks that I have that fit through the padlock stud are the small and very sturdy Guard security locks and the small heart padlocks. The Guard locks are solid brass and have a 3-pin tumbler for the locking mechanism so its a bit better quality than my other locks (except Master) There comes a set of keys as well. The Small Heart Locks come in Copper, Gunmetal, Gold and Silver. You can let me know which padlock you want in the Personalisation Box or Notes area, if you dont let me know I will choose for you.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact me straight away so I can arrange a return at my expense and sort the problem out for you so you are happy. Mistakes happen and I am 100% committed to rectifying any issues you may have if something is damaged or becomes defective.
If you do not want the item you have bought as in you changed your mind, then all buyers must notify me of their wish to return the items within 7 days of receiving your package. Its ok if you need to time to send it back, but do get in contact with me within 7 days. Delivery confirmation will show me when you received the package. These items are hand-made and take time, they are not factory produced. I only offer refunds on Standard Sized and non-customized items.

All returns must be in original packaging with receipts, and NOT WORN (except trying it on). If you request a special size in any of my items, and the size is wrong due to you not measuring correctly or giving me incorrect information, you will need to pay for additional costs for a new item to be made for you. i.e new leather and non-re-usable hardware from your original item. You may not return it for a refund.
All returned (non damaged/non defective) merchandise will incur a re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee is 10%. I do not work for free. For custom made items there is a NO RETURNS policy. This is due to me not being able to re-sell custom sized pieces which have been special made for you. (I am more than happy to work something out for you with a new piece) Please get your size correct! If I am in error I will pay for shipping for the item to be sent back to me and make a new item for free for you. Please ask me any questions first if you are unsure about anything, I am more than happy to help you!!
Remember that all sizes are of EXACT body circumferences (i.e. neck, wrists, ankles, thighs) When you give me a size for fitting make sure you give me the EXACT size without breathing room. No shirt sizes, as they are different. If you are unsure please email me and I will help you.
