All products are handmade per order and we don't keep anything in stock. Processing time is 5 to 8 BUSINESS days.

Cancellations are accepted before your order is shipped. Once the order is shipped refunds and/or replacements are not accepted due to the nature of our business. Every product is made per order.
No refunds or replacements for lost/damaged packages. Please consider upgrading your shipping to Priority (includes insurance for up to $100) or contact us for additional package insurance.
In case of lost packages, please contact your local USPS with your tracking number.
