About Our Products
All Fires of Desire products are handcrafted in our workshop from high-quality lead-free pewter. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in finish may occur, making each piece unique.
Adult Use
All products are intended for adults aged 18 years or over. By purchasing from our shop, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements in your country.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–3 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
Unused, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Product Care
Our pewter is lead-free and nickel-free. To keep your item looking its best, clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water if required. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
