Most Customized/Personalized items cannot be returned; they are noted clearly as Final Sale Only in the item's description. Please ask questions prior to purchasing any Final Sale Only items.
Any customized or personalized items that are *marked acceptable for returns* in the item's description will incur a 25% restocking fee to be deducted from the total price refunded. Example: if you spend $100 on a customized piece and request a refund, you will receive a refund of $75 upon receipt of the returned item.
15-Day Return Policy (Unless Otherwise Specified)
As noted in the Shop Policies, certain items cannot be returned and are Final Sale Only; this will always be noted clearly in the item's description.
For all other items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days for a full refund.
