Welcome to Hunny Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.hunnylabs.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Site or purchase any products. Hunny Labs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify they meet this age requirement.
2. Products & Use
Hunny Labs products are designed for personal comfort, connection, and intimate use between consenting adults aged 18 and older. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a legal adult and that the product will be used lawfully and responsibly between consenting individuals. Use products only as intended. Hunny Labs assumes no responsibility for misuse.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order Limit quantities Correct pricing or listing errors
Payment is processed securely through third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
4. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or delays, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Hunny Labs offers a 14-day return window for unused, unwashed items in original packaging. If the Hunny Blanket isn't right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund, and original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Items showing pet hair, odors, or signs of use are not eligible for return.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not up to our standard, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
This covers manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors. Damage caused by improper care — including high heat, bleach, fabric softener, or washing with abrasive materials — is not covered. See our Care page for full care instructions.
Items purchased on sale or through promotional pricing are final sale and not eligible for return.
Abuse of return or refund policies may result in refusal of future service.

6. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification
You acknowledge that you purchase and use Hunny Labs products voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree to use all products lawfully, responsibly, and only with the consent of all parties involved.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hunny Labs and its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the product, any product liability claim, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including designs, text, graphics, logos, and imagery — is owned by Hunny Labs or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without written permission.
8. User Content & Feedback
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Hunny Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for brand and marketing purposes. We will not misrepresent your words or use content in a misleading way.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunny Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Site or products shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding. You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by Hunny Labs on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hunny Labs regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
