Shop policies
Purchases:
I allow order cancellations until the item has shipped. Once an item has shipped, the sale is final.
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the personal use nature of the product, I do not allow returns or exchanges with no exceptions. For special or unusual circumstances (example: the item was damaged during shipping or never arrived), I offer a replacement item or store credit. Refunds are rare and considered on a case by case basis, at the shop owner’s sole discretion.
Shipping:
I offer free shipping within the USA. All items are shipped discretely in a padded shipping envelope with an air bubble inside. Items are shipped through USPS by standard ground service. Customers may request an alternate shipping carrier or shipping service, but will have to pay any associated extra shipping costs.
