**Return & Replacement Policy**
All Killer Goods products are **made to order**, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
If an item arrives **damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error**, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** with your **order number and clear photos of the issue** so we can review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Items that have been **worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery** are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, **returns must be approved in advance** and **unauthorized returns will not be accepted**.
