Shipping policy
**Return & Replacement Policy**
All Killer Goods products are **made to order**, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
If an item arrives **damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error**, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** with your **order number and clear photos of the issue** so we can review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Items that have been **worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery** are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, **returns must be approved in advance** and **unauthorized returns will not be accepted**.
---
**Shipping Policy**
All items are made to order. Please allow **2–7 business days for production** before your order ships. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Once an order has shipped, Killer Goods is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other transit issues.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
---
**Order Changes & Cancellations**
Because orders enter production quickly, **cancellations or changes are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order**. After that time, the item may already be in production and cannot be modified.
---
**Sizing Disclaimer**
Please review the sizing charts carefully before ordering. Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
---
**Color & Print Disclaimer**
Actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting, and the printing process.
---
**Lost or Stolen Packages**
Killer Goods is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
