Prices & Shipping:
Prices are shown in EUR and include taxes.
We currently ship only within the EU.
Delivery usually takes between 1–12 business days, depending on the destination.
Orders are shipped once payment has been confirmed.

Do you ship outside the EU?
Not at the moment. We only ship to EU countries.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Handmade items may show small variations — that’s what makes each piece special!
Can I request a custom product?
Yes! Please contact us before placing your order.
Because each item is handmade and unique, we normally don’t accept returns.
Exceptions: if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to help.
Please contact Made in Invernalia within 14 days of receiving your order.
Only items purchased directly from us can be returned.
To process a claim for a damaged or missing product, please send us photos of the package as it was received.
