Mandrillo's Toys

Shipping is discreet. The product is well packed inside an anonymous brown box, which does not have any logo or brand name. The box is then placed inside a plastic shipping envelope. The contents of the parcel will be described as "Silicone novelty" or "Silicone novelty replica" for the US. The sender address is just a regular address from Italy. Once shipped, the parcel is usually delivered within 2 days in Europe, 4 days in the US, and 6 days in the rest of the world. I will provide the tracking number as soon as the parcel is picked up by the courier. The courier asks for an email address to send updates about the shipment and a phone number to contact you if any issues occur. Your contact information will not be used for other purposes. I kindly ask you to provide this information to ensure faster and safer delivery.

I accept order cancellations within one week of the order date, and even after that if the production process has not yet begun. If the cancellation occurs within the specified timeframe, the full amount minus any fees retained by the payment processor will be refunded. For health and hygiene reasons, I cannot accept product exchanges or returns. I always check products before shipping, still, if you find any defects or errors in the product, do not open the clear plastic bag containing the product. My products are individually packaged in new, smooth, clear, sealed, food-grade plastic bags. Upon receipt of the purchased product, check its integrity BEFORE OPENING THE BAG. If the product is defective, please contact me immediately WITHOUT OPENING THE BAG. Once the bag with the seals has been opened, the possibility of returning or exchanging the product is void.
