A: Our sizes do not correspond to clothing sizes, so be guided by our size charts. If you have any troubles with that - please contact us via [email protected].

Q: How long is the production time?
A: Normally, we need 5 days before the shipping for production. Please, pay attention, that now due to the opening we are faced with a large number of orders, so the production time before shipping can take up to 1 month.

Q: How do I take care of a product?
A: You can clean silicone gags with any antiseptic or a specialized solution for intimate toys. The silicone material used in our gags is even boilable for thorough sterilization. However, be cautious with leather straps, as exposing them to excessive moisture can lead to deterioration. To maintain the durability of your gags, avoid any contact with sharp objects, acids, solvents, or gasoline. These substances can compromise the integrity of the materials and affect the overall quality of your gag.

Q: Is your packaging discreet?
A: Yes, your privacy is our priority. We use label/logo free non-transparent packaging.

Q: What materials are used in your gags, and are they safe for use?
A: We use medical-grade silicone for gags. It is certified for contact with human skin and mucous membranes, safe for use with food products. VIEW CERTIFICATE.
Straps are made from full-grain leather and nickel-plated hardware.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes?
A: Yes, we do! You can message our Customer Service team specifying your personal measurements or choose.

Q: Where are the products made?
A: Our products are crafted in Portugal, designed in Ukraine.

Q: Do you offer a product guarantee?
A: All products comes with 2 year guarantee. Our commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship extends to the service you and your products receive. We will happily replace or repair your product in as timely a period as possible. Contact [email protected] and we’ll take care of you!

A: Standard shipping takes 1–4 weeks.

Q: Will I be charged custom duties and taxes?
A: Yes, the customer is responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit".

Q: What happens if I didn’t pick up a parcel in time?
A: If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel in time, and it was sent back to us, a customer will have to pay additionally for the second shipping, after which we will send it again.
