### **Repairs & Restoration**
We believe in longevity over replacement.
If your Mr. V piece requires repair:
- **Within 6 months:** complimentary repair/resizing or replacement of craftsmanship defects.
- **After 6 months:** we gladly offer paid restoration at a fair rate to extend the life of your piece.
To request a repair, email **[email protected]** with clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue. We will provide a quote and instructions for shipping your item to our workshop.
### Custom Commissions
Every Mr. V piece is made to order to your exact specifications.
Because each commission is uniquely crafted, **custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.**
If changes are needed after a deposit has been placed but before work has started, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments or cancellations before materials are cut.
