Due to the nature of my Naughty Bits, Returns will be considered on a case by case basis. My Naughty Bits take time to create and in many cases are customized for you throughout the ordering process. Items that have been customized or personalized in any way, including, but not limited to choice of color, materials, and design are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

If a return is granted on a non customized / non personalized item, it will be the purchaser's responsibility to ship the unused item back where it will be inspected for unused unharmed condition prior to a refund being processed.

I stand by my products and the level of craftsmanship that goes into building them. If the Naughty Bit you receive is flawed or has a manufacturing defect, Please bring this to my attention within 7 days from delivery for a product replacement.

I personally guarantee that the materials, lumber type, and colors that you select when placing your order will be used in the creation Naughty Bit. However, my Naughty Bits are made from 100% safe harvested, virgin lumber. Lumber is a natural resource and every piece has its own distinctive colorations and grain patterns. They will be similar from one board to the next, but every single piece is a one of a kind. For this reason, Returns and Refunds based on appearance will not be made under any circumstances.
