Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is lost or stolen:
> Contact the carrier first
> Then notify us within 7 days
We will assist in filing a claim when applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for:
✔ Unopened, sealed products
✔ Items damaged during transit
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
