How long will it take to get my order?
Every /niar.house piece is made to order using your measurements at our atelier. After processing your order we will begin production which means making each piece by hand. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days from the point of credit clearance and address verification (you can find in each product page the appropriate production time). We do offer priority production at an additional charge – please contact us as soon as possible to arrange.
Please note that during holidays (like Christmas or Easter) we might take longer times for dispatch – we will contact you if there is a delay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24hrs of order being received and no later. Contact [email protected], as soon as possible.
Can I customise the existing /niar.house design?
We offer bespoke and customisation services at an additional price. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
Will I have to pay additional import duties or taxes?
This depends on your location. Within Europe there is no additional import duties or taxes.
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer / recipient will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.
Due to each piece being custom made, returns are not accepted. Repairs and alternations are welcome at our discretion - a small fee may be required if this is no fault of our own, for example wrong measurements given, but don't worry we will work with you to alter the piece. In this case please email [email protected], with explanation and images, so we can help you enjoy your niar product correctly.
