Please note: All decal sizes are measured by the longest or widest side. For example, if a rectangle decal is listed as 4", it refers to the longest side, so it could be 4" long but only 1" tall.
Additionally, our decals are outline cut, meaning the background will be visible through the open spaces of the design when applied. Keep in mind that darker decals may not show up well on dark windows or backgrounds, so please consider this when selecting your design.

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed within 1– 3 business days. Once shipped, packages are sent via USPS Ground Advantage, which TYPICALLY delivers within 5–7 business days. Unfortunately at times USPS does delay deliveries, and we cannot be responsible for USPS delays, however we will always do our best to work with you and USPS to avoid delays whenever possible.Â
A tracking number will be provided with every shipment so you can monitor the progress of your delivery from our door to yours. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order is on its way.

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on standard vinyl graphic products within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Custom vinyl graphics (e.g., personalized designs, sizes, or colors) are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different design, size, or color, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 5 days of purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.​ We require photos of the items showings the incorrect items, or defective items including the original packaging
