I changed my girth measurement after the mold was already made, entirely my fault. They gave me three mockups to pick from, sent a photo of the finished toy before shipping, and it was ready ahead of schedule. Everything looked perfect. I asked about privacy too: photos are deleted ten days after shipping.

Just approved the 3D model. Really cool. They keep your mold for a year, so I'm already ordering a second one in solid red and one in blue at the reorder price, no new photos needed.

Looks great. My first toy came in a different color than I expected. They apologized, reused my mold so I didn't have to redo the scan, refunded most of the second order, and shipped the replacement over the holidays. I've since ordered a size adjustment, two more replicas and a grinder.

Ordered a custom copy through Spicerack about a year ago and our dog got hold of it. Reached out to replace it and they still had my file, so no rescan needed. Placed the reorder in a couple of messages. Y'all have some of the best support.
