We want you to be satisfied with the Lizush products you have purchased for yourself and your loved ones. Help us find your order by emailing your order Number and your email address.
* There is a 10 Day refund policy for unused items if purchased via the shop. Buyers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
* If there is damage during shipping, please contact us.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
