The time line for returns is based off of the items shipping date.
Ready-Made/made to order Items: I offer a 30 day return or exchange policy on ready-made. The item must be in original and unused condition. I do not offer returns on use items unless the Damaged or Defective Items policy applies.

Damaged or Defective Items: I offer returns or replacements of all damage or Defective Items for 60 days. This only applies to damages or defects that occur during intended use or during shipping. Please provide me with photos of the damage/defect. Also let me if you want a refund or a replacement. Some items may be repairable ie. Replacing a rivet that didn't set correctly. That is something that can be discussed if a replacement is requested.

Custom or Personalized Orders: "all sales are final" custom items are tailored specifically to one buyer (i.e.., custom colors, engravings, or sizing), I do not expect returns on custom items. This doesn't apply to mistakes made by me, or the damage or defective policy
