For hygiene reasons, latex products cannot be returned.
According to Section 29 of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) (based on § 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB)), the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of our products, as they are not commercial goods but are manufactured to individual specifications and orders: the product is made to individual measurements or with individually selected details, and is therefore personalised and cannot be returned to the market.
