Unfortunately, due to the nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns for ANY of our products once they have been delivered.
However, a refund may be applicable depending on the situation of your order. If an issue about an order is not reported to us within 72 hours after the delivery of your toy, we may not honor your refund, depending on the issue.
Before removing your toy from it’s sealed packaging, be sure to confirm the configuration, coloration, size and firmness is correct. If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us immediately!
