The resin flows to the very edge of the Butt Plug flange so provides a water proof seal to the design. The resin obviously helps protect your design, deepens the colour and adds depth.
I have tested other Butt Plugs I have produced by placing them in water for 10 minutes or so and there was no water ingress. But as these Butt Plugs have a central 'Screw Eye' fixing to link the posing panties it would be advisable as with all insertable sex toys where hygiene is so very important I would advise all of my Butt Plugs be cleaned using antibacterial wet wipes on each occasion of use, rather than being put in the dishwasher or washing machine!
