The base flange of the ‘Small’ and ‘Medium’ Butt Plugs are 1.1 (22mm) inches in diameter with the ‘Large’ Butt Plug having a base flange diameter of 1.5 inches (40mm).

If you decide to go ahead I’ll print out your design on photographic paper, cut and stick the design to the pre-filled Butt Plug base and then apply at least three coats of clear resin.

The resin flows to the very edge of the Butt Plug flange so provides a water proof seal to the design. The resin obviously helps protect your design, deepens the colour and adds depth.

I have tested other Butt Plugs I have produced by placing them in water for 10 minutes or so and there was no water ingress. But as with all insertable sex toys hygiene is very important so I would advise all of my Butt Plugs be cleaned using antibacterial wet wipes on each occasion of use.
