Roughly 7.5" usable length with a thin base. The base isn't a suction cup, but due to its material and flatness on the right smooth surface it can provide some grip and a bit of tactical response. Made from platinum based, body safe, surgical grade silicone, it's still fairly soft and bendable. ....softer than the real thing. (For those aware of the shoreness scale, its around 10-12)
These ARE handmade, one at a time. Small imperfections may exist, and will probably become more frequent as the mold breaks own with use and wear&tear. A slight kerf may be visible due to the manufacturing process, but none of this will affect or alter its usability or pleasure providing capabilities.
