battery stopped charging and I cant find helpful support anywhere

ordered one and it worked great for a couple days then stopped charging. The light just kept blinking
rapidly, to fix it I tried to hold the power button for fifteen seconds which is supposed to take it out of any
"problem state". I cleaned the ring and the charging cable and let them dry overnight before hooking it the
charger up for a day (per We-vibe's online support) but still no charging. I returned it and got a
replacement but the same thing happened. Looking at We-vibes online support isn't helpful and I cant find
a solution anywhere else.

It's my favorite C ring

Okay where to start,
I've been on the hunt for years for the best (most silent C ring) I could find. I was gifted one of these a
couple years ago and thought wow this is awesome until I tried it on and it was TIGGGHHHTTTTT!
I endured it and over time it stretched. Let's just say I wore it out. Purchased another one cause I liked it so
much and learned that it has almost the same affect if you just put it around the testicles. Okay bam!
Whole new use for the toy with out it being so uncomfortable!
Been a huge fan of it ever since but you have to follow the instructions for care... I've used all the wrong
things on it (dish soap cleaning, baby oil for pleasure, etc.)
I've had about 7 of them now if not a couple more cause it's my favorite! But they need to make it into the
BOND version that can clip on with the same intensity, I'd give it 5 stars if they just made the cring part

A lake within 2 mins
