Securely repack the merchandise in the original shipping box or other packaging that will protect merchandise from damage during shipping.
In large, bold print, clearly mark the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER* on two outside panels of the box.

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for exchanges or replacements. On credit card orders, please allow 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement for returned merchandise.
