These Terms govern all purchases, interactions, and use of services provided through this website (“Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. ELIGIBILITY
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FULFILLMENT
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inventory errors, or misuse of promotional systems.
Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. A binding contract is formed only upon shipment of the order.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or system inaccuracies. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.
Payment must be received in full prior to order fulfillment.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personal and intimate nature of certain products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.
Exceptions are strictly limited to:
Items received defective or damaged upon arrival
Incorrect items shipped due to fulfillment error
Eligible claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for review, the following documentation is required:
Clear photographs of the unopened shipping package, including all external labels and condition prior to opening
A continuous, unedited video recording of the unboxing process, beginning before the package is opened and continuing through full inspection of the product
The video must clearly show the alleged defect or issue without cuts, edits, pauses, or alterations
Claims submitted without complete documentation may be denied at our discretion.
Approved resolutions may include replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.
5. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Orders may be canceled or modified only within 12 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be canceled or modified.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover of the order to the shipping carrier.
7. DISCREET PACKAGING
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. External packaging will not disclose product contents or any identifying details regarding the nature of the order.
Shipping labels and return addresses will list the business under the operating name S.T Luxe Collective for fulfillment and logistical purposes. This designation is used solely for shipping, billing, and administrative handling and does not indicate product contents.
We reserve the right to modify packaging methods where required for compliance with carrier regulations, safety standards, or legal obligations.
8. LOST, STOLEN, OR MARKED DELIVERED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is missing after delivery confirmation, the customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
We may, at our discretion, assist with claims or offer replacement options where appropriate.
9. HANDMADE PRODUCTS & VARIATIONS
All products are individually handcrafted and produced using a molding process. As a result, variations in appearance are inherent and expected.
These variations may include, but are not limited to: minor differences in color, texture, finish, shape, and detailing. No two items will be identical.
These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify as grounds for refund or replacement.
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts that each item is unique and may differ from product images or previous orders.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including branding, logos, product descriptions, images, and design elements, is the property of S.T Luxe Collective unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
We respect customer privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.
Personal information is collected solely for order processing, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S.T Luxe Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S.T Luxe Collective, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
