Use Track my order with your order ID and the email you checked out with. Every product page shows how fast its shop ships ("Ships within") and an estimated delivery date. A lot of what we sell is handmade to order, so some pieces take longer than a big-box store.

I only got part of my order. Where is the rest?

Spicerack is a marketplace of indie shops, and each shop ships its own items. An order from three shops arrives as three packages with three tracking numbers, often on different days. One box showing up first does not mean the rest is lost. Check each one in Track my order.

What shows up on my bank statement?

Card payments show as SR MARKET. Nothing on the statement line says what you bought. PayPal payments show in your PayPal activity.

Will my package be discreet?

Each shop packs and ships its own orders. Look for the Discreet Shipping badge on the shop's page: those shops ship discreetly. Not sure? Message the shop before you order, or open a ticket and we will check for you.

Did my payment go through? I never got a confirmation email.

Check your spam and promotions folders first, then look the order up in Track my order. No order ID, or still nothing? open a ticket with the email you used at checkout and we will find it.

Can I return or exchange something?

Most items can come back within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and unopened, and you cover return shipping. For hygiene reasons, intimate items cannot be returned once opened or used. Some shops set their own rules, shown on the product page. The full policy is in Buyer Protection.

My item arrived damaged, wrong, or never showed up.

You are covered. Buyer Protection gets you a full refund if it never arrives or is not as described, even if the shop does not normally take returns. Message the shop first. If that goes nowhere, open a ticket within 30 days of delivery (or of the latest estimated delivery date).

I sell on Spicerack. How do I get paid?

Connect Stripe or PayPal under Shop settings, Shop info, Payments. PayPal orders reach your PayPal within minutes. For card orders, newer shops get paid once the order ships with tracking and a carrier; after your first 3 fulfilled orders, you get paid when the buyer pays.
